Summary
I got my PhD in 1992 and have 30 years of work experience in the United Kingdom and the Middle-East. My areas of expertise and research include Governance, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Project/Program/Portfolio Management, System Analysis, and Management Information Systems. I developed and managed specialized courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including tailored executive business management courses. I conducted specialized research projects that resulted in the publication of over 60 papers, many of which are in A-graded international journals with over 550 citations. In addition to teaching, I have strong consultancy experience gained from working for two of the big-four firms; Ernst & Young and KPMG. I have professional certifications in management fields: PMP, IT Project+, CISA, Lean Six Sigma, OCP, MCP, and ITIL. Currently, I am the director of Alfasil University Competitiveness Center (ACC), and the vice dean for quality assurance and accreditation at the College of Business, Alfaisal University, Riyadh.
