Dr Prince Uche Amadi is an Assistant Professor of Law at Alfaisal University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is an academic with solid background in research, industry experience and teaching. Prior to joining Alfaisal University, Prince has held teaching positions at Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham United Kingdom and was a Senior Lecturer in Commercial/International Business Law at University of Wolverhampton, UK where he has taught across many law modules including Commercial Law, Law of Contract, International Banking Regulation, Corporate Finance, International Business Law and Law Relating to Capital Market, Public Companies, Securities and Corporate Governance module.

Dr Prince Uche Amadi holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Law with concentration on International Investment Law and Human rights: Reconciling Obligations of States and Corporations. Prince currently teaches Tort Law, International Investment Law, and International Business Transactions Law. 

His research currently focuses on International Investment Law, Financial Regulation, Corporations Law, Energy Investment and Sustainability, and Climate Justice. Prince has Peer-reviewed in Journals/Books such as Journal of Human Rights and Social Work (Springer Nature), Journal of African Law (University of Cambridge Press), The Political Economy of Decarbonising African Petro-Cities: Governance and Reconfiguration for the Future.

Dr Prince Uche Amadi is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
