Dr. Burhanettin Ozdemir is an academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Operations and Project Management, College of Business at Alfaisal University . He previously held the role of Director of the Statistics and Information Center (CSI) at Prince Sultan University. With a Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Statistics from Hacettepe University, his dissertation focused on multidimensional computerized adaptive testing (MCAT) methodologies. Dr. Ozdemir has extensive experience as a psychometrician at the National Center for Assessment (NCA) in Saudi Arabia and has contributed significantly to the field through his research in structural equation modeling, item response theory, and adaptive testing. He is also an expert in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence systems. He has authored numerous publications in reputable journals and presented at international conferences. In addition to his research, Dr. Ozdemir is skilled in data analysis and visualization using tools like R programing language, Python and Power BI, and has developed integrated dashboards for quality assurance and program evaluations. Dr. Ozdemir continues to advance the fields of educational measurement and business management with innovative approaches and collaborations.
