Aram Sadig Monawar (Member, IEEE)
is an instructor of Electrical Engineering at Alfaisal University. She completed her bachelors in Electrical Engineering with First Honors from Alfaisal University in 2018. Afterwards, she went on to pursue an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, awarded in 2020. Her technical focus was in the area of Systems and Control.
She was a research assistant at the Joint Smart Grids and Electric Vehicles (JSEC) R&D Center (JSEC) for two years. In addition to the experience working with the DC Microgrid cyber-physical energy systems, she was a five-year senior member of the Alfaisal Solar Car Project.
Today, she teaches undergraduate labs, namely:
EE210L Digital Logic Systems, EE302L Communications Theory, EE305L Computer Networks, EE306L Control and Feedback System Design, EE307L Computer Architecture, EE410L Cyber-Physical Systems, EE413L Digital Communications, and EE440L Machine Learning.
In research, she is conducting exploratory studies on XR hardware and dyslexia as well as utilizing experience in cyber-physical system modeling.
