Assistant Professor of Law

Dr. Cecile Abi Tayeh is a PhD graduate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. She joined Alfaisal University in Riyadh in 2022 after serving as an Assistant Professor and Associate Chair in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Formerly, she worked for the United Nations (UN) and was based at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIAS), Solidarity Now (UNHCR), the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in emergency responses internationally, Doctors without Borders (MSF) in challenging environments, and the Canadian Embassy.
