Dr. Alshallaqi is an associate professor in the management department and the Vice Dean for Quality Assurance and Accreditation. He holds a PhD from Lancaster University Management School, UK, and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Strategy from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, Colorado, USA. He conducts research in strategy, organizational transformation, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship. He has published research in top-tier (ABS-4) and Q1 (WoS) journals. He has a proven track record of success in designing and leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation projects in higher education, non-profits, and small and medium enterprises. He is a recognized national quality and accreditation expert in higher education with an extensive record in building Quality Assurance (QA) systems, designing new programs, leading major accreditation projects, Serving on NCAAA expert accreditation panels and participating in developing national academic standards for Business Administration programs in Saudi Arabia.
