Dr. Alshallaqi is an associate professor in the management department. He holds a PhD from Lancaster University Management School, UK, and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Strategy from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, Colorado, USA. He conducts research in strategy, organizational transformation, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship. He has published research in top-tier 4* (ABS) and Q1 (WoS) journals. He has a proven track record of success in designing business strategies and leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation projects in higher education, non-profits, and small and medium enterprises. He is a recognized quality and accreditation expert in higher education with an extensive record in building Quality Assurance (QA) systems, designing new programs, leading major accreditation projects, and regularly participating as an external reviewer on NCAAA accreditation panels.
