Dr. Julian Waters-Lynch

 

Dr. Julian Waters-Lynch is an Assistant Professor in Management in the College of Business at Alfaisal University, Saudi Arabia. Prior to Alfaisal, Julian was a Senior Lecturer at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Julian’s research and teaching interests examine the role of entrepreneurship and conditions for the emergence of new technologies, and their effects on organizational strategies, institutional change and the future of work. Julian’s research has been published in Human Relations, Review of Social Economy and Journal of Organizational Ethnography. Prior to academia, Julian worked as an innovation consultant and strategist.
