Dr. Noara Alhusseini has completed her undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Clinical Nutrition from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She worked at several Saudi hospitals in Riyadh, including KFSH & RC, Armed Forces, KFMC, and the Diabetes Centre at King Abdul-Aziz University Hospital, and practiced as a Clinical Dietitian.

After that, she moved to the United States to pursue a Master’s degree in Leadership of Health Care Organizations from the University of California San Diego (UCSD). She worked for the International Health Sciences Department at UCSD. Then, she worked for Starlight Children’s Foundation in Los Angeles. She completed her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Health Policy and Leadership from Loma Linda University, California, United States of America. She worked at Loma Linda University as a teaching assistant in the School of Public Health.

After moving back to Saudi Arabia, she joined the College of Medicine at Alfaisal University as a faculty member. She is currently the director of the Master of Public Health Program and an Associate Professor of public health at the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the College of Medicine at Alfaisal University in Riyadh.

She is highly interested in research and has published numerous articles related to public health in reputed peer-reviewed journals. She is currently teaching undergraduate medical students and graduates at the College of Medicine. She serves as an adviser and committee member for the Master of Public Health students.

She is highly interested in research and has published over 50 articles related to public health in peer-reviewed journals.  She serves as a licensing examination writer at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities and an editorial board member in several international journals.
